About EnvoAPI

Why we built EnvoAPI

Accessing public professional data sounds straightforward. In practice, building a reliable product around it is not.

The origin

It started with a problem we had ourselves

  1. The problem

EnvoAPI started with a problem we experienced firsthand: we needed fresh, public LinkedIn profile and company data for products and automated workflows. Retrieving a single record was possible. Handling a large volume of requests consistently was much harder.

  2. What existed

Existing solutions were often fragmented, difficult to integrate, or unpredictable under heavier workloads. Developers had to maintain custom data pipelines, normalize inconsistent responses, and spend time managing infrastructure instead of building the product their customers actually needed.

  3. What we built

We believed there should be a simpler way. So we built EnvoAPI: a unified API for accessing public professional and company data on demand.

Today

47 endpoints, five API families

Developers use one API key and a consistent response structure to enrich records, power product features, support research workflows, and automate data operations.

Built for

  • Developers
  • SaaS companies
  • Data teams

Teams that need professional data inside a real product or workflow—not as a one-time export.

What we focus on

Easier to access, integrate, and operate at scale

Our goal is not to add another complicated layer to the data stack. It is to make public professional data easier to access, easier to integrate, and easier to operate at scale.

That means focusing on the fundamentals

  1. Clear documentation
  2. Predictable JSON responses
  3. Consistent endpoint behavior
  4. Transparent credit usage
  5. Practical APIs designed for production workflows

We believe developer infrastructure should be straightforward: clear enough to understand quickly, predictable enough to build around, and flexible enough to support different products and use cases.

That is what we are building with EnvoAPI.
